Katie Amos, Farmer and Market Outreach Coordinator for A Greener World, is a Pennsylvania native currently living in Lancaster County. She is passionate about communicating the benefits of high-welfare animal agriculture and has traveled throughout the Northeast to speak about transparency, understanding food labels, and to support A Greener World’s high welfare, pasture-based farmers.
